Mr. Francois' CPR training was very informative. His organization of the class flow was excellent. I recommend Mr. Francois to anyone that is seeking knowledge in CPR.

I definitely enjoyed the CPR course. The instructor's approach, class materials; along with the videos, indeed kept my interest and attention. The skills portion wasn't as intimidating for me as previous courses I've taken. Unlike before, I feel very confident that I can assist a person in need of CPR.

CPR training with Fran is a great course. I just recertified and at no time during the class, was there a boring moment. The class was exciting with plenty class participation. The instructor is more concerned with everyone feeling confident about being able to perform CPR on victims, versus the written exam portion of the class....AWESOME !!!
